"Silence, hides the truth.

Our Voices set's us free."

👉 Break the Silence 👉 Stand With Survivors 👉 Hear Their Voices

Every scar tells a story—and every story matters. This month, we honor the voices of survivors, shed light on the realities too often hidden in silence, and stand together to break the cycle of abuse. By listening, sharing, and taking action, we can bring hope, healing, and change to our communities.

Pearl M.
The peer support services I have received from Nikie were instrumental in my successful reintegration into society. From the time I met her in jail, through her being a voice in the courtroom, connection during treatment and someone I can always call on no matter what She helps me find the "Hope" in my Recovery Journey.
Dana F.
Hi! My name is Dana and I'm a grateful recovering addict. I've been an addict most of my life. In and out of jail since I was 16 years old. Today I am 21 months and 5 days clean!! I am a productive member of society and I am truly grateful for the day I met Nikie Waits!
Bobby R.
I grew up watching my mother in addiction, being abused, and a year & half before I got the chance, my mom was sentenced to a drug treatment facility and is sober today. I was raised until 11 by my grandmother.  I would steal out her store at a young age. I served 3 terms in prison & was awaiting a169 month sentence for the 4th time, but God sent Nikie Waits to court to Advocate for me. God set me free that day, I was sentenced to Dunklin Memorial, a 10 month Regeneration Program.  2 yrs later I am a teacher in Discipleship and even though I have struggles, alcohol & drugs aren't one of them! I am grateful!
