Road 2 Redemption
I am Nikie Waits, Founder and CEO of Road 2 Redemption, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization providing court diversion, Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Peer Recovery and Re-entry Recovery support services.
More than 11 years in long-term recovery has transformed my life. I once entered court in shackles; today I return as a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist, advocate, and mentor carrying hope. Since 2019 I’ve facilitated community recovery meetings, worked alongside Florida’s judicial system, and built programs that help individuals heal, rebuild, and thrive.
Through Road 2 Redemption, I work every day to restore dignity, break cycles of incarceration and substance misuse, and give a voice to those who haven’t found theirs yet. My passion is to help people exchange their past for purpose and live out the freedom they were created to have.
